Rainwater Harvesting- How we've done ours

What we've done in our house is....

• Install a waterbutt at ground level to save all the digging costs of having it underground;
• This way the system is easier to maintain too;
• Our waterbutt is in our shed but there are so many waterbutts to choose from- you can have virtually any colour and style you want;
• We've attached a pump and hose to ours so we can water the garden;
• We're in the middle of fitting a water filter to it so that we can have free drinking water.
