Fire Rated Bathroom Downlight Fitting (YWFIT202)

This LED fitting is built for protection against the spread of fire & noise pollution and will maintain the fire integrity performance without firehood. It has been fire tested & assessed for up to 90minutes,  meaning in the event of a fire the intumescent material completely seals the downlighter. The fitting is also fully compliant with the Fire Safety & Sound Insulation requirements of the various national UK Building Regulations. (Approved Document B & Approved Document E - England & Wales; Part 2 & Part 5 of the Technical Handbook - Scotland; Technical Booklet E - Northern Ireland). Please note you will need a minimum ceiling clearance of 150mm.

The fitting IP65 Rated water resistant. Its is available with either a GU10 or MR16 fitting and is available in either a Chrome, White or Satin finish. Therefore When you get to the check out let us know which light finish you'd like by typing it into the 'comments box' there.
